I'm Dr. Steven Carp. I have been a client of Inform for probably almost 8 to 10 years. I initially brought in Inform as the software for - the Inform & Enhance - to use the marketing components, the patient consents, and eventually I integrated in my practice their Mentor® Solutions for consulting.

Before I had Mentor® Solutions in my office we kind of did things in a day-to-day basis; kind of tackled things as they came with no real plan, not any specific training for the staff that really guided them. At that time, I had a much smaller office but it was still an issue and so, eventually, with bringing in Mentor® Solutions, now I have a method where if I have new staff, that integrates them well - a method where we can then, on a regular basis, do the right things in terms of tracking what we're doing in our office for conversion of patients and making sure that we're staying on focus with those things.

My decision to use Mentor® Solutions was really based on the fact that I already had the Inform & Enhance software in place and didn't feel that we were utilizing the capabilities of the reporting components and marketing components of it, so it made good sense to bring a consultant in who would allow my staff to grow but then integrate that with the software we already had so that we had a total package.

The most important benefit is – Mentor® Solutions has been a good resource, a good tool for my practice for consistency to make sure that from a marketing standpoint we are doing things as well as we can, that our patients are receiving the experience, the follow through, all those things that are necessary for the practice to grow.
